ResourceMFG is hiring a Press Operator. Work for New Mexico’s leading manufacturer of precision ceramics used in electronic devices.
- 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm
- Monday thru Friday
- train on 1st shift
- $17/hr
- Weekly Pay
- Paid Holidays

Press Operator Duties:
- Prepare and load ceramic parts from dry pressing onto tunnel kiln cars.
- Unload same ceramic
- Monitor and document the operation of the kilns
- Maintain tunnel kiln cars, blowers, filters, tracks, etc. as required.
- Record information on lot cards and kiln car tags as cars move through the firing process.
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and follow written specifications and procedures.
- Operate various equipment simultaneously.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination to handle small parts.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be computer literate, detail oriented, a self-starter, and reliable.
